We have listened to customer feedback and have revised our Terms and Conditions for all Door to Door distributions taking place on or after 3rd August 2009.

Key changes after 3rd August:

• The minimum charge for rework fees is reduced from £250 to £100
• Cancellation charges:
  • For cancellation between three and six months prior to the first day of distribution: the fee is reduced to 20% of the delivery charge, subject to a minimum fee of £100 (previously 25%)
  • For cancellation in the three months prior to distribution: 50% fee when items have not been passed to Royal Mail; 100% cancellation fee when items have already been handed over (minimum fee £100)

The new official Door to Door “delivered by” logos have been launched.  All existing and new customers should adopt these logos for appending to future Door to Door distributions at the earliest opportunity. There are two new versions available in both black and red.

Royal Mail has launched a new un-addressed Door to Door specification based on three key environmental needs- waste minimisation, improving sustainability and increasing recyclability. The product is closely aligned to PAS2020 the BSI standard for reducing the environmental impact of direct marketing.

Up to 13 weeks prior to the start of your distribution you may pre book your handover of items to the Walk Bundling Centres for between 7 and 18 days before the start of your distribution. This means you can switch delivery from the very busy Mondays.

You can pre book delivery slots at the Walk Bundling Centres by phoning 01865 796981 - this enables you to choose when is the best time for you to hand over your distribution and again will save you time.
