Royal Mail Heavyweight™ uses a single price per item, regardless of whether it is a direct or residue selection. 

The service has nine weight bands with the price rising in convenient 250g weight steps. The volume bands also give you the benefit of better rates per item for larger mailings.

Services such as return to sender, sample checking and forwarding (where the addressee has a Redirection in place) are included in the standard price. Additional fees will apply if you wish to use our add-on services, such as warehousing (available on request). 

Please ensure you confirm your booking at least four weeks prior to the delivery week. If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking within six weeks of the booked delivery week, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 54% of the gross postage.
