When you open the calculator, select Tariff Options which states ‘Prices from 26 October 2009’ and see the savings. We use a pricing structure based on format, weight, volume, delivery speed and amount of workshare involved.

You can make additional savings with Sustainable Mail™. The price of Mailsort® 1400 is 2% lower if you achieve the Sustainable Mail™ entry level specification for letters. You can increase the saving to 4.7% by attaining the intermediate specification for letters and large letters.

To calculate how you could benefit from Sustainable Mail:

1. Calculate the Mailsort price for the service you are using.
2. If you meet the Entry Level specification for Sustainable Mail, then reduce the Mailsort price by the amount shown in Table 1.
3. If instead you meet the Intermediate specification for Sustainable Mail, then reduce the Mailsort price by the amount shown in Table 2.
