HM Forces MailThe British Forces Post Office (BFPO) sets special postal rates and there is no charge at all for Forces Airletters (‘Blueys’) sent to personnel on operational duty. Shown below are the different postage rates for all the postal services offered for HM Forces Mail.

HM Forces Airletters (or “blueys”) are an all-in-one letter and envelope. They are available from all Post Office™ branches and may be sent free of charge to forces personnel on operational duty.
