With Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day we guarantee delivery* to most UK addresses by 1pm the next working day. This includes Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

Some places take longer to deliver to, but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm. Have a look at the tables for more information.

Areas in which we can guarantee Saturday delivery

Customers can buy Guaranteed Saturday Delivery to all areas in which we guarantee next working day delivery with the exception of items going to the following business types: Banks, Building Societies, Travel Agents, Jewellers and Post Office branches. Guaranteed Saturday Delivery cannot be purchased for areas in which delivery is not guaranteed for the next working day.

**We'll refund your money if we are unable to deliver before 1pm the next working day. This guarantee does not apply if we are unable to find someone to sign for the delivery, and have to leave a "While You Were Out" card.
