Reproducing Stamps
Making the most of the world’s finest stamps
Our stamps are miniature works of art - appreciated, admired and collected by millions around the world. Not surprisingly, we’re often asked by organisations, businesses, publishers and individuals for permission to reproduce these mini masterpieces.
We invest extensively in creating Royal Mail Special Stamps. To protect this investment, we ask all our approved users of Special Stamp assets and imagery to follow a set of guidelines on how the stamps and artwork can be used.
Download these guidelines by clicking the link below, or place a request using the stamp reproduction request form.
If you’ve got a question about using our stamps, please contact brand.team@royalmail.com.

Step 1 – Take a look at the information on these web pages and in the guidelines attached.
Step 2 – Please complete the 'Logo reproduction request' online form using the link above. Once submitted a copy of the request will be sent to Royal Mail for review and you will receive a copy of the request for your records.
Step 3 – We will review your request and send you an agreement. Please note, some requests may require the payment of an administrative or imagery supply fee or, in some cases, royalties may be more appropriate.
Step 4 – Sign and return the agreements (with fee if applicable).
Step 5 – A copy of the agreement will be sent to you for your records, if requested. We’ll then supply you with the appropriate imagery.
Note: Permission does not take effect until we have a signed agreement returned from you.
