Check that you have a valid reference number
A Track & Trace reference number is:
- 13 digits long
- starts with two letters (e.g. AA) followed by nine numbers
- ends with the two letters ‘GB’
For example, a reference number could look like this: AA123456789GB.
How to find your reference number
You can find your reference number on your tracking label.
If your reference number doesn’t end in GB, it will have been posted from another country.
