International Admail is a local PO Box® return address that your overseas customers can use free of charge. They can return packets as well as normal letters – and, as part of the deal, we forward the replies onto your UK business address. Choose International Admail when you want:
- your customers to respond free of charge
- a local address printed on your reply-paid devices.

Key design information
When you use the International Admail service, you must design a different reply-paid device for each country; this design differs if you wish your customers to return letters or packets.
For country specific design information for packets and letters, refer to our International Business Response user guide (see link above).
You must send us each proposed design for approval. You are also required to give us an indication of the numbers and weights of the items you expect to be returned to you. This will allow us to give you the most efficient service possible by pre-alerting our International Distribution Centre.
How items are returned to you
After your customers have mailed their replies to the local PO Box, the AA code within the address (issued to you on account set up) allows us to identify the replies as yours, and forward them back to your designated UK address.
Replies should take up to ten working days.
For more information refer to our International Business Response user guide (see link above).
To purchase the International Admail service you will need to pay an annual licence fee in addition to an item price for each item returned. The licence fee entitles you to use all our international response services.
Many of our customers have Account Managers
If your business has a Royal Mail Account Manager, contact yours and find out more about how International Admail can work for your business.
