International Stamped Response

How do I get started?

First of all you need to pay for an International Response Services licence. This gives you access to all of our International Response Services, including International Business Reply, International Stamped Response and International Admail. You will need a separate licence for each UK address you want replies to be sent to, but there’s no limit to the number of response services you can use on one licence.

You’ll then be charged for each item you receive, please read the International Response Services user guide for full details.

How do I apply?

You need to complete an application form and pay in advance for one year’s International Response Services licence. This will also let you use International Admail, and International Business Reply Service

Are there any special conditions?

We must approve the wording and design of any reply envelopes, cards or labels. These must also conform to standard specifications as laid out in the user guide. This service is available for correspondence, printed material and items of no commercial value only.
