We have two options for you to choose from
International Stamped Response Letters
Available to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
The maximum weight is usually 50g per item. However there are exceptions:
- France, Italy and Portugal do not allow cards or envelopes over 20g
- Belgium does not allow cards over 20g.
International Stamped Response Packets
Available to: France, Germany, Republic of Ireland and Spain.
The maximum weight for Ireland and Spain is 2kg per item. However the maximum weight for items received from France is 350g. Items from Germany can be up to 1kg in weight.

Here’s how it works
Your response devices carry an in-country PO Box address with a country-specific look and feel. We simply forward all of your customer’s replies to your UK business address.
We approve the wording and design of your reply envelopes, cards or labels. These need to conform to standard specifications which you can find in the International Response Services User guide (see link above).

How to buy
To purchase the International Admail service you will need to pay an annual licence fee in addition to an item price for each item returned. The licence fee entitles you to use all our international response services.

Download, print and complete the International Stamped Response application form (which can be found in the user guide below) and return it to the FREEPOST address shown (also in the user guide below) together with a cheque for the licence fee.

How do I get started?
First of all you need to pay for an International Response Services licence. This gives you access to all of our International Response Services, including International Business Reply, International Stamped Response and International Admail. You will need a separate licence for each UK address you want replies to be sent to, but there’s no limit to the number of response services you can use on one licence.

How do I apply?
You need to complete an application form and pay in advance for one year’s International Response Services licence. This will also let you use International Admail, and International Business Reply Service
