We have two options for you to choose from
Standard International Business Reply Service (IBRS)
This covers letters weighing up to 50g and enables you to receive replies from customers in over 200 countries worldwide.
Enhanced International Business Reply Service (Enhanced IBRS)
This allows the return of items up to a maximum weight of 250g, containing correspondence, printed matter and goods of no commercial value. This is available in the ten countries below:
Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, Republic of Ireland, Kenya, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland and Sweden.

How it works
You print the reply address on envelopes, cards or self-adhesive labels, or on promotional material such as magazine inserts or leaflets. Any replies are returned by airmail directly to your chosen UK address or response handling firm. You only pay postage for those replies.
We approve the wording and design of your reply envelopes, cards or labels. These need to conform to standard specifications which you can find in the International Response Services User guide.
Speed of response
The speed of postal service differs from country to country, and replies from remote areas are likely to be slower. However, every country should treat these items as 1st Class mail and replies should be received within five to seven working days from posting.

How to buy
To purchase the International Business Reply service you will need to pay an annual licence fee in addition to an item price for each item returned. The licence fee entitles you to use all our international response services.

Download, print and complete the International Response Services application form and return it to the FREEPOST address shown on the form together with a cheque for the licence fee.

How do I apply?

The International Response Services licence allows the use of International Business Reply as well as:
- International Stamped Response - A local PO Box® return address that your customers can use for the cost of local postage.
- International Admail - A local PO Box® return address that your customers can use for free.
