International Business Reply

How does it work?

You print a reply address on envelopes, cards or labels attached to items, or on promotional material such as magazine inserts or leaflets. Any replies are returned by airmail directly to your chosen UK address or response handling firm. You only pay postage for those replies.

How do I apply?

You need to complete an application form and pay in advance for one year’s International Response Services licence. This will also let you use International Stamped Response and International Admail.

For which countries is International Business Reply available?

It's available to over 200 countries, including all EU countries and the USA.

What other services can I use?

The International Response Services licence allows the use of International Business Reply as well as:

• International Stamped Response - A local PO Box® return address that your customers can use for the cost of local postage.
• International Admail - A local PO Box® return address that your customers can use for free.

Are there any special conditions?

We must approve the wording and design of the reply envelopes, cards or labels. These must also conform to standard specifications as laid out in the relevant User Guide. This service is available for correspondence, printed material and items of no commercial value only.
