A single address
We’ll provide a return address with a dedicated postcode for your mailing campaigns. We’ll also consult with you to specify the data you would like captured from any returned mail item including name, address and campaign number. Then we’ll work with you and your printer to ensure the service is set up for smooth returns handling.
Handling to your specifications
We’ll physically handle your returned mail exactly to your specification. We can destroy returned items with no reusable value or have them securely recycled. If you want, we can salvage any reusable materials like gifts and samples or even important documents like checks and return them to you.
Giving you more information
We can show you why your mail has been returned, so you can gain an insight into customers, their behaviour and how it might affect you in the future. With this information, you can improve both your targeting and your ROI for campaigns.
