Receive your mail when it suits you - just tell us when*. We’ll also deliver any other mail to your address with your usual delivery round. With Timed Delivery you can choose to have your mail delivered:
- at the same time every day from 6.00am Monday to Saturday
- on the same day each week or month.
* Dependant on the time requested this could only be a proportion of that day's mail.

Details
It’s your choice
Opt for the same time every day from 6.00am Monday to Saturday*, or ask for your mail to be delivered on the same day each week or month, if that’s more convenient. We’ll also deliver any other mail to your business with the normal delivery round. The only thing we ask is that you’re within 10 miles of a delivery office and you don’t need your mail any earlier than 6.00am.

We want to be flexible too
You can use Timed Delivery together with Special Delivery Guaranteed™ and Special Delivery Guaranteed Returns™. If you are located outside the 10 mile radius from a delivery office, get in touch with your Royal Mail account manager or call us on 08457 950 950. We’ll see if there’s another way of getting your mail to you at a time that suits.

How to buy
Setting up a Timed Delivery couldn't be easier. Complete the application form below and tell us, which day and what time you want your delivery.
Information on how to pay (either by invoice or cheque for a minimum of one month) is included in the form.First download, print and complete the Timed Delivery application form and follow the instructions.
Before applying, make sure you have read the Timed Delivery terms and conditions.
Need to set up an account?
You don’t need to have an account with us to use Timed Delivery, but if you want to pay for Timed Delivery via account, find out more by contacting us on 08457 950 950.

Are there any restrictions?
If you want to cancel a service or a Royal Mail account (with the exception of SmartStamp® accounts which have separate arrangements as detailed below), please complete our online form
