Are there any restrictions?
Yes.
- We can only collect and deliver to a fixed database of addresses, as listed in the contract
- No goods of high intrinsic value like cash
- No hazardous goods.
There are also weight restrictions. Within the Relay network, the weight limit is 30kgs per item. We offer services to carry heavier weight items including pallets by agreement.

Possibly. We need to have fixed route times, consistent for every customer. Express network solutions could also be an option instead.

Does Royal Mail Relay® deliver to residential addresses?
We can deliver to sales agents and home workers; provided that either a signatory is present, or there are secure arrangements to leave items on a daily basis.

Can I get nationwide coverage?
Royal Mail Relay® operates through a dedicated network of seven regionally based processing hubs supported by ten discrete local collection and delivery depots. We have access to the largest and best-placed pick-up drop-off network in the UK. The network provides nationwide coverage, including the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands.
