Thanks to Business Keepsafe™, you can avoid this situation. We hold your mail for up to two months and deliver it on a date of your choice.

Preventing Identity Fraud
To reduce the risk of identity fraud when you close, the Home Office Identity Fraud Steering Committee supports the use of Royal Mail's Keepsafe Service to hold your mail for up to two months and deliver it on your return to make sure you don't leave any obvious clues, like a pile of mail in the lobby.

To use Business Keepsafe™, all we need from you is a week’s notice to set up the service, the name of your organisation including any variations, plus authorising signatures on the application form – and of course, the relevant fee payment.
