Are all Airsure® items electronically tracked until they are delivered?
We track all Airsure® items until they leave the UK. The item is then handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. In most circumstances you will also be able to get electronic confirmation of delivery via Track & Trace.

Why don’t you deliver to more countries?
In order to ensure the best handling and to confirm your items have been delivered, we limit the number of Airsure® destinations only to those countries that can offer the same high level of service you’d expect from sending an item with Royal Mail within the UK.
-
Is a signature taken on delivery?
When your mail is delivered, the item will be electronically scanned by the postal operative delivering it to confirm it has arrived. So a signature is not taken, but an electronic delivery confirmation is used to update our Track & Trace. If you specifically want your item to be signed for when it is delivered, we recommend you use International Signed For™.Back to top

What if I want to send something worth more than £500?

How do I make a claim?
Visit our customer services section to make a claim, or use form P58 which is available from your local Post Office® and send it together with proof of posting to your local Customer Service Centre. Claims can take up to three months to complete because we have to wait for overseas postal administrations to respond to our enquiries. If you believe your item has not been delivered, please allow up to 20 days after posting for items sent to Europe, and 25 days after posting for all other items, before you consider it lost. This is because your item may have been held in customs or could be in the process of being returned to you. Royal Mail does not accept any claims for delay as delivery times are not guaranteed.Back to top
-
Can I arrange for mail to be collected from my company’s offices?
Yes. So instead of spending valuable time posting your mail, we can come and get it straight from your office. Sign up to our Business Collection service and we’ll collect all your mail on a daily basis, or on request, whenever you need it. You’ll be surprised how affordable it is and you can get free collections if you spend over £15,000 a year on our services.Back to top
