Royal Mail Tracked® Services
Royal Mail Tracked® and Tracked Next Day® operates a simple, competitive pricing structure, tailored to your posting profile. This posting profile can be updated either annual or quarterly if you have seasonal variations. There are no hidden extras.
Use the Royal Mail Tracked® online pricing calculator to tell us about your planned posting profile and generate an estimated price. To establish your posting profile, you will first need to:
- Calculate the planned annual number of parcels
- Calculate the planned lowest and highest daily volumes
- Calculate the average parcel weight
- Calculate the percentage split between the following three postal destination areas:
Area 1 – England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. (This area is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in areas 2 and 3)
Area 2 – The Highlands and Islands of Scotland. (Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE)
Area 3 – Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Isles of Scilly. (Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25, GY, JE)
If you post over 300,000 parcels a year on our 48-hour service,you will need to enter the parameters detailed above plus:
- Calculate the size (either by volume in cubic metres, or dimensions in millimetres) of the parcels you will be sending over the next 12 months.
- Specify if you would like the daily collection service.
