Mail sent to me hasn't arrived
If some mail that was sent to you hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry. We’ll try and get it to you as soon as we can.
- An item was sent to you but hasn’t arrived yet.
- We aim to deliver First Class items on the next working day and Second Class items within three working days (Mon-Sat). Special Delivery™ Next Day items should arrive by 1.00pm the next working day (Mon-Fri).
- Check with the sender they have used the correct address and they have attached the right postage for the service used.
- If your Special Delivery™ Next Day item was delivered after the guaranteed delivery time, we’re very sorry and you can claim a refund for your Special Delivery™ fee.
