Arrange a redelivery
If you’ve received a ’Something for you’ card saying you missed an item being delivered, we can help.
- We’ve tried to deliver an item that was too big for your letterbox, or you’ve been sent an item that you need to sign for.
- We left you a Royal Mail 'Something for you' card saying you need to pick up your item from your local delivery office or arrange a redelivery.
- Go to the Delivery Office at the address on the card and collect your item. Make sure you take the card and one form of identification with you.
- Arrange a redelivery online. We need 48 hours notice for a redelivery.
- Or call the number on the back of the card and arrange a redelivery. We need 48 hours notice for a redelivery.
