- You have a credit account with us and would like to know what the current balance is.
- You have a SmartStamp® account and would like to know your account balance.
- You want to find your Online Prepay account balance.
- a) If you use our Online Business Account, you can see any outstanding invoices on your account. If you are experiencing difficulty viewing your details, please call our OBA Helpdesk on 08457 950 950.
b) If you are not registered for Online Business Account you can complete our Invoice Enquiries Online Form. This will be investigated by one of our Enquiry Analysts.
- You can find your SmartStamp® account balance by logging into your account. You can also view a full statement of your account activity once you’ve logged in.
- If you use an Online Prepay account, for example for Online Postage, you can find your account balance by logging in to our site and clicking on “My Profile”.
At the next screen, click on “Your Online Prepay Account”. This is where you can view your balance and top-up history.
