Tariff, VAT and Bulk Mail Changes 2012
From 2nd April 2012, we're making some changes to prices, VAT and Bulk Mail Products. Find out more detailed infomation by visiting the web links belowCollections (regular or single)
Arrange regular or single (ad-hoc) collections at a pre-arranged time.
Single (ad-hoc) collections: If you want to arrange a single collection call us on 08457 950950. Call by us by midday if you need a collection on the same day (Monday to Friday).
Regular collections: To apply for a regular business collection you can either use our online form or download a collection application form PDF (1.24 MB). You can set up a Direct Debit PDF (75.6KB) to pay or send us a cheque.
Providing the right paperwork: If you post on account you will need to have the relevant paperwork ready for your collection driver to check and scan on arrival. Our collection paperwork page gives you the advice you need.
How to present your mail: Print, display and keep near your posting area. This guide on how to present your mail for collection (PDF 118KB) will help support the smooth transition of your mail from collection right through to delivery.
Unusually large postings: If your mailing is over 4000 letters or 1000 large letters / packets, please let us know as soon as possible or by 3pm the day before. If you have been asked to contact your local office directly, please do so. Alternatively, please call us on 08457 950950.

Business redirections & diversions
Are you about to move and want to continue receiving your mail at your new business address? There are two different services available: Business redirection: A business redirection is perfect if your whole company is moving permanently or temporarily, in the UK or over seas.
Ready to apply for a business redirection? You can download a business redirection form PDF (1.16MB) which contains guidance on how to complete and submit the application. Send the completed form, along with accompanying documents to:

Business Diversion: You are more likely to need a business diversion if you are moving from a building which you share with other businesses, or if only part of your company is relocating.

You will need certain mail supplies when using our services which will be provided when you set up a new account or service. You can also re-order them quickly and easily online.On-line mail supplies: Go to online mail supplies for quick and easy access to the things you need to keep you posting. (If you do not have a Royal Mail account, please enter your franking machine's die number in the account number field).
