How does it work?

Your customers simply drop their returns parcel off at a local Post Office® branch or send it along with their usual business collection.

For added convenience, you can order a supply of plastic envelopes (minimum of 5,000) with your licence number and postage barcode pre-printed onto them – you can even add your company logo. So your customers can simply repackage their items and send them back to you.

Tracking and proof of delivery

Follow your parcel’s progress from drop-off to delivery with online tracking and signature on delivery.

Is there compensation for loss, damage or delay?

If your parcel is lost or damaged, compensation cover up to £500 is included, with compensation up to £2,500 available for an additional fee.

How much does it cost?

To start using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Returns service, you’ll need to purchase an annual licence from us. Then you’ll be charged for every returned item that you receive.
