The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games are set to be the biggest logistical event the world has seen this century. Between 27th of July and 9th of September, London and other parts of the country will play host to over 1 million competitors, officials and fans.
The Games are a wonderful event for both London and the UK as a whole and Royal Mail is determined to play its part in making them a great success for everybody.
It’s a huge challenge and that’s why Royal Mail has been planning for well over a year how to minimise the impact to services, including collections and deliveries for business and personal customers, during the Games period.
